Stefan Gruber, founder of this group way back when, has his own mural in Cal Anderson Park on Capitol Hill, coincidentally just one wall panel away from the other animation-related wall, the Wallrus project. Both are part of Sound Transit’s Capitol Hill Wall Project, AKA the red wall, and Stefan’s mural has been in the works for 9 months. Finally completed, it depicts a scene from Stefan’s film/performance Both Worlds. To celebrate the completion he is hosting a Mural Gazing and Song-Making get together on Friday, July 27th at 6PM at the mural. It’s located near the cone fountain and the north west corner of Cal Anderson Park.
